Task Manager XP Home - Where did my Task Manager tabs and buttons go?

Where did my Task Manager tabs and buttons go?

I recently ran in to a situation where I found a clients PC that when you start Task Manager, the menu bar and tabs were not visible. Well, this is the first time I ran across this, but I did learn that Windows can run the task manager like this and that it's called "Tiny Footprint Mode". To get your windows task manager back to the way you are used to seeing it try the following short solution:

Click Start, and then click Run.

Type taskmgr.exe.
Hold down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT at the same time, and while holding them down press ENTER.
